Summary: Ordered to replace a 48-52 inch fan. Go for 60 inches because the room is big and the ceiling is high. Remarks: Complete set with good instructions. This is a rebranded (acquired by Kathy Ireland) Emerson branded company specializing in the manufacture of ceiling fans. Recommendations: 1) When installing a large piece of equipment, take the time to inventory all components and then inspect them for damage, especially large ones. / Heavier motor assembly as well as fan blades (slight damage or deformation may cause stability issues). 2) The 4-speed ESC has the highest speed at setting #1 and #4 the lowest (not mentioned anywhere in the instructions). The ESC is a full size derailleur and you will need a custom derailleur cover (I ordered the LEVITON listed below). Pros: Good fit and finish; detailed step-by-step instructions. Cons: 1) The spec is confusing, this fan is listed as 7530 and 7579 but the box says 4950 CFM. At top speed (setting #1) this is closer to 5000 CFM than 7500 CFM. 2) A remote control is mentioned but not included. Conclusion: 4 stars for $195 (fan speed, no remote control).
