Great platform when preparing professional content
I like that it is very user friendly. It's simple to navigate through and find what you are looking for. The layout makes sense and there are many resources available as well as video tutorials which make learning how to use this software easier than other programs out there. There really isn't anything about this program that i dislike. If you have any questions or concerns regarding smartoffice online, please let us know! Our sales team uses SmartOffice every day in order to prepare proposals and marketing materials. We can easily customize our documents with custom logos and pictures using the templates provided by smart office.
Pros
- User friendly interface
- Lots if helpful videos/tutorials included within each module (helpful)
- Very easy navigation via menu options located at top right hand side corner under Help drop down tab.
- Has multiple modules where we could keep everything together so all information was accessible from one location
