I am a serious lifter and go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I've been weightlifting for about 6 years and always try to keep track of my progress. I've always been skinny, so keeping track of my calories and macronutrients is incredibly important to me to build muscle and size. This scale and accompanying app are incredibly helpful in tracking not only my weight but also my body composition in terms of fat, muscle and bone mass. Subcutaneous and visceral fat measurements and your individual BMR are also provided. I was only able to get these measurements during a personal workout at the gym, so having them on my fingertips is incredibly handy. These measurements are also very accurate as I compared them to the measurements I received from my personal trainers. Overall I am very happy with this product as it helps me to keep my workouts and meals within the stated measurements and it shows my progress over time. Now I see no need for a personal trainer because I can track my own progress and keep going.
