Review on Epic Presence by Bryan Fields

I like how it's able to capture information from my Google Forms into one place (iPad).

It has been extremely useful for us because we are constantly getting new questions about our product line - sometimes multiple times per day! The ease of use makes this tool perfect as an app versus using other platforms such as email or Slack where you have less control over what gets sent out when/where etc. Sometimes there can be lag between responses being submitted after they were first received but overall EPIC PRESENCE does its job very well so no complaints here :) Our clients know exactly who their contact with them should be at any given time via EPMP which helps ensure all communication stays organized & streamlined without confusion or miscommunication. This platform allows me access anywhere whether I'm sitting behind my desk or walking around campus while also ensuring everyone knows whom I am representing within each department and if needed, easily switch back to working remotely during COVID.
