Bought this little heater for my husband to put on his table as it freezes very quickly and I don't so I figured it was one good investment, so to speak. However, it's a bit noisy and it's in the living room, so the TV should be louder than usual as well. However, the main problem I have is that despite having an on/off button, there's a red line running through it, and of course that means that it cannot be switched on and off. This is very inconvenient for my husband as he has to find a place to turn it on and of course when he gets warm enough he has to turn it off. It also complains that it doesn't seem to get any warmer, despite heating levels 1 and 2. So for me it's definitely not the best investment, but as the saying goes, the thought is important. I'll keep trying to find a good alternative for it as if the above issues aren't the issue, it would be a good idea at least.
