great purchase for my opinion
i love this waist trainer ! ive seen results even after a week of wearing. 1 thing i dont like is how it pushes stomach fat down and out of the bottom and top of the belt . making it hard to wear in public bc youll look worse then before . ( because the fat is being pushed further out) also because its kinda bulky so its hard to wear under clothes and look normal. but the waist trainer does work ! & i would recommend working out & sweating in it and the inches will fall right off. ! overall great purchase & when i lose enough weight i will definitely be buying another one in the next size down !
