Difficult to synchronize with devices

Slightly difficult to synchronize with S 22 II. I was able to get into the privileges menu on the bike and find the Bluetooth icon, but it wouldn't sync. I then tried to sync it with the iFit app on my tablet, the tablet recognizes the heart rate monitor but then doesn't sync to the bike. However, as soon as the heart rate monitor is recognized in the iFit app on the tablet, it works great on the bike. works, i'm satisfied
