Very strange creases and seams

So the product itself is "ok" I gave it 3 stars because it is not fluffy, it is very thin and also very very wrinkled, and when you open it, are small pieces of the gold trim came off, I don't wash it so hopefully all the gold jewelry won't come off in the wash, nor did it smell but for $40 I expected more but I learned my lesson. also strange seams inside and outside the duvet
