I was looking for an alternative to the bucket and mop that I have used for many years. I decided to try this item despite the reviews noting that it is not easy to use. I think what other reviewers didn't understand is that the mop head only rotates on one side and locks, if you rotate it to the other side it can't be inserted into the bucket. Once I figured that out, I had no problem getting the mop in and out of the bucket. It's very easy to use and does a good job of quick cleaning which I seem to do all the time since I have a messy dog. I gave it 4 stars because the manufacturer has significantly reduced the cost of the mop material and I don't think the mop itself will last very long. The bucket is relatively well made, but given the design of this item I don't think you can use the bucket for anything else if the mop breaks.
