We installed it very high up in our church so the PTZ remote control is great . After setting presets 0-9, all you have to do is point to the camera and press the number for the camera preset you want. You can set up to 254 presets in the camera's web interface, but anything over 9 must be available through this interface. All in all it was a good choice for the needs. Our cell is 75 feet from the altar. The image shows that it has been enlarged to 22 feet wide (the altar is 22 feet wide) and there is still plenty of zoom left.
