Seems to work fine, my first try with Melon. I like it but wait until the fruit is ripe or it will be harder to cut. The quality seems good, but time will tell. It had no instructions or information so I was trying to figure out what all those prongs and notches and slots were for. Otherwise, the plastic case could have been made a little thicker so that it fits better in the hand and because it doesn't cut into the hand so much. But a good product. Like it more than a knife.
