Let me start by saying that my house is old and trying to chase the open switch to install a stage 2 charger has already been a big problem, more than expected. But when I found a separate outlet, it was a NEMA 10-30 "old style dryer outlet". 😒 I needed over 20ft of cable between the plug and the vacant space so I could park my van at night and this charger is absolutely perfect. The quality is better than the manufacturer. Level 1 charger that I received when I bought my 2020 Pacifica. I love the easy to read digital screen that shows me if there are any charging errors, elapsed charging time, current charging rate in kWh, etc. Everything about this charger is built to last, from the strength of the cord to the exceptional quality itself. I especially appreciate the car plug cover to keep the cable covered when not charging. From unboxing to installation, this product is extremely easy to use, even for those who have never owned a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) [I would be that person!] I did A LOT of research before purchasing and am very satisfied with my purchase.
