I have been using Reolink for many years. I owe 3 Augus 1080 battery powered cameras with solar panels to work great and have good image quality for the time. I tried their 5MP camera so the lens would fog up, so I replaced that camera with an 8MP 4K camera with amazing picture quality, but the device itself would lose connectivity from time to time even though it was hardwired . When I heard that Reolink is releasing a new 4MP 2K Augus 3 Pro, I thought it was a good time to replace my Augus 1080 cameras. I bought 2 new Augus 3 Pro cameras as soon as they went on sale. Pleased that the 2K picture quality was excellent compared to 1080. However, both stopped working after just a month. The cameras were placed outside as they are listed as outdoor cameras and they replaced my old Augus 1080 cameras which have been outside and have worked without issue for many years. I was able to get one of the cameras working again, but the image was now blurry, suggesting there was moisture inside the camera itself. The other camera did not turn on even though the li indicator light was green. So I had no choice but to return both cameras as either they didn't work or the picture was now blurry.
