An excellent customer service tool - highly recommended

I like how easy it is to use, and how well it integrates with other Google products. It's also very customizable, allowing you to set up multiple queues, assign agents to each queue, and even add custom fields as needed. The only thing I don't like about Adjutas is that there isn't an option to have a separate ticketing system for our non-Google customers. We've been using Adjutas for several years now, and we haven't had any issues with it. Our customers love the ease of being able to reach us through our main contact form, plus they can email their tickets directly to us if they prefer.
