Adjutas for G Suite Review

I like how easy it is to use, and how well it integrates with other Google products. It's also very customizable, allowing you to set up multiple queues, assign agents to each queue, and even add custom fields as needed. The only thing I don't like about Adjutas is that there isn't an option to have a separate ticketing system for our non-Google customers. Adjutas is super easy to use for the support staff to manage the tickets and respond to the customers. It has a great widget in the page to manage the tickets. I find the widget is a little difficult to use. I can't find the widget on the page. I think Adjutas has a great support and easy to use. Adjutas is a great service to the support team.
