Review on πŸ”Œ Cable Pass Through Wall Port (Gray) - Wall Thickness Range: 3 5/8" to 5 1/4 by Cameron Aleman

Make sure your holes line up on both sides of the wall and use a nail finder!

The company says to drill a 1 3/4" hole in the wall for this connector. female ends. One tricky thing with this setup is aligning both sides of the hole. I have an entertainment center , which is blocking one side of the wall so perfect hole alignment is not possible. I got close enough with a long drill to mark the center of both sides. Make sure you use a spike finder so you don't start a hole that you can't finish!Besides lining up the holes, screwing the two ends together can be a little tedious if you're working alone.Someone really needs to hold the other end while you screw the pieces together to keep them from twisting around the wall, without tightening them.I also used some oil on the threads.
