I wanted to hear the negative reviews too. This product was a big disappointment! I bought it for waxing sugar strips (homemade sugar wax). I've used homemade sugar wax with cotton swabs successfully in the past, but wish the cleaning process was easier. As a result, I settled on these disposable strips and was excited for their release. Unfortunately, its looks have been let down, as these strips have a texture similar to a waxy material, from which you can remove the sticker or any adhesive, for that matter, that glossy foil. With this texture, the strip won't stick to the sugar at all. I usually trust products when in doubt, but this one was really disappointing because I had to resort to my tedious cotton strip method (reusable cotton strips). Tip for those looking for the disposable hair removal method: visit your local beauty salon. You will have various hair removal products that you can try in moderation and then turn to online sources for larger quantities. PS: If I could give this product zero stars, I would!
