Review on HP External Ultra Slim Format DVD600S by David Ramirez

I bought this product because my HP Pavilion Touchsmart laptop does not have an internal DVD/CD drive. I read all the comments about how easy it was to install and was very happy with my purchase. The product was delivered very quickly! I plugged in the drive and nothing showed up. Nothing to install. I put in the Cyberlink Media Suite CD and downloaded all the software, thinking it might work. That didn't happen. Then I went to my app store and downloaded VOL I think it said. Someone said it would work. That didn't happen. This product is not suitable for reading DVDs. I tried many DVDs and nothing worked. Although the CD was played. buy returns. dissatisfied!
