Review on Foxelli Trekking Poles Pole Black by Lagant Wardrick

Top quality, fair prices!

I love the Foxelli trekking poles. Lightweight, easily adjustable cork grips are most commonly seen on more expensive brands. I just can't imagine what's missing. I used to have a set that was adjustable with a telescoping screw clamp system, but the clamps seem stronger and more secure, yet very basic. Although I've used them dozens of times for day hikes, I've taken them off. last week for my first big backpacking hike. On the way back, descending granite boulders of all sizes, I broke the bottom of one of the supports. Too bad I just had to come back with another bar but that would happen with any bar (I'm a 280 lb guy and I fell when the bar twisted between boulders). When I got back I contacted Foxelli and was pleased that they were only willing to sell me the bottom end of the bar so I could get back into business for 20% the cost of a new set. Thank you Foxelli!
