Don't buy food sticks if you don't want to add a lot of oil to your food, maybe then it will work. The handles also get very hot. I like the size of the pots and the shape, and just the glass lid. I spent a lot of money and I want to give it back! A lot of money has been spent on pans but I thought maybe one day I won't have to buy them and they will do their job, non-toxic and non-sticky but don't work!
