Good if you don't have to put a lot into it.
This belt is decent. The bag is filled with an LG flip phone, a Covid mask, a small bottle of hand sanitizer, folding glasses in a case and a small watch. Also, the strap sits low and snug in the front and doesn't seem to shift or bounce during activity. It fits snugly around my waist (38โณ) and the adjustable strap comes close but hasn't reached the max adjustment yet. The fabric and such are made light, but so far they've held up well.
