Not waterproof!
The packaging says "waterproof" but the ink smears after drying for about four hours on uncoated absorbent paper. I tried several samples and they were all smeared. In the past I've used pen and tip ink without smudging when exposed to water environments. I figured a pen would be an easier way to use the ink, but if it smudges it's a waste of time and money. On the plus side, the pens are easy to use with clean lines.
