I love the stairs. Installation is not bad, good screws are excellent. The problem is that the strap that secures the ladder to the tailgate isn't snug, it slips through the buckle on its own like it's been oiled or something. Everything else is fine as far as I can tell. Without this problem I would have given 5 stars. I break up and hang out. Fix it and it's a good product for the money. Update: I emailed Beech Lane and told them about the issue. They replied almost immediately and sent me a video and a picture of how it should install and work. Mine installed correctly so they offered to replace it for free by sending a 2 day delivery. This kind of customer service is rare. I'm changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
