I bought this for my father who lives in a nursing home and shares a room. So he had to do something, he has vision and coordination problems, so he can't use the touchscreen, so buying an iPad or something is a direct recipe for disaster. So I signed up for a Netflix DVD subscription and got that. The first one I received had some reading errors so I sent it back the same day I received it, although I received a replacement the next day I returned it. This one works great so far and since the main controls are big and right on the car it makes it easier for dad to tune in and watch the movie. This thing is great as it loads very well and although it seems slow it is very intuitive. I bought this after seeing a video review here of a buyer talking about it for his mom and I'm glad I saw it because that's exactly what he said.
