Review on WAVLINK Display Docking Delivery Ethernet by Michael Rasberry

I bought this hoping it would be a good docking solution. It has everything I need at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the device does not work in 50% of cases. I plug it in and turn it on, but I can never be sure it will do the job of being able to "dock" my laptop. When I plug it in and turn on the dock, I'm never sure if it's projecting my laptop screen onto an external monitor, connecting to Ethernet, charging my laptop, etc. I'm lucky if it does that on the first try . I usually have to fiddle with this by unplugging the laptop and plugging it back in, unplugging the power, unplugging the laptop again, etc. I usually have to try this in a different order until it works and plugs everything in. It's especially annoying when I need to do something quickly and plug it in, but nothing happens. I end up just using my laptop with no external monitor. So annoying. For this reason I would not recommend it. Too much fiddling with it to make it work.
