Review on 🔪 Optimized Freud 10-inch x 24T Heavy-Duty Rip Blade (LM72R010) by Kyle Earley

Excellent knife for your money! The flat top teeth and 1/8 inch cutting width mean you can use it as a poor saw blade and cut both hardwood and softwood effectively. I recently used it with my table saw to cut 3 1/2 inches. chewed deep through the walnut with no problems and the cut surface is really almost clean which is definitely great for a 24T blade. I've also used it for occasional cross cutting when I don't have time or need to change blades, and it handles fairly well with most woods, but with plywood I've encountered an unacceptable amount of cracking in some cross cutting applications. Again, it is the blade is not designed for it. But in a pinch, this blade is more than suitable for the rough cross-section. Of course if you need a combination blade the 50T Freud would be your best bet, but for fast ripping this blade is awesome!
