The first watch they sent me didn't fit my watch. Since it was so beautiful I asked for a replacement rather than a refund as one had a defect elsewhere. I was afraid to send it back and get worse. I even tried using parts that worked on one to replace with parts that worked on the other but they weren't the same size even though they should be the exact same strip so it didn't work. I'll keep the broken one that fits, but won't order a second one, even though they're very pretty.
