Update: 04/25/21 Nothing back from "Maggie"; Guaranteed means zip code. I would NOT buy a similar product from this company that is available elsewhere with hopefully better customer service! Heard today from "Maggie" of Donerton; 15/04 Hello friend, thank you for your contact, sorry for the disturbance. If you cannot charge the earbuds, you can use alcohol to clean the metal parts of the earbuds. Then try to press the earbud or change the earbud charging position. Charging may not be possible due to poor contact. If it is still not available, can you provide us photos or videos to show us some questions about this product? I will send this video to our technical department and ask them to solve and improve this problem so it doesn't happen again. Looking forward to your reply and kindly understanding. I replied, described the problems, sent the requested photos, noted that most likely these were not dirty contacts, I'm waiting for an answer. The noise cancellation was good, according to the people on the other end of the call I liked the sound quality. Unfortunately, about 30 or 40 days after I received the product, it became more and more difficult to charge the correct earbud. I've been trying to clean the contacts for a long time, but to no avail. 100 days after purchase, the right earpiece has completely died. Returning an item through Revain would have required a restocking fee of an unknown amount since it has been more than 90 days. So I decided to contact Donerton and after 3 tries and 4 or 5 days I got nothing from them. I really like this product and would even buy it again if I knew they were more reliable in customer service.
