Helps with posture, slims slightly, a little hot and scratchy. Rolls up if not fastened.

This is my first type of compression/spanx product and it's pretty good. It slimmed down my dad belly slightly and it hid my very slight man curves, giving me an all around flatter look . Don't expect miracles though! This won't make you look like you have abs or hide obesity, and if you have a reasonable gut it will still show. The main thing I liked about this was the effect it had on my posture while using it. It is by no means a back brace, but it does slightly pull your body upright into a correct posture. My regular posture is horrible though so I still have to consciously decide to sit up straight and not hunch over.A few cons are that this gets a little hot if worn while working out or in the summer time. And it gets scratchy if worn against your skin. I find putting an undershirt between your skin and this to lesson the scratchy feeling. Again, heat may still be an issue with this method. Another thing is that still slides up the backside if not tucked into your pants. Tucking it in and having a belt on helps. It's also slightly hard to take off since it's meant to be on the tight side. I suggest criss crossing your arms over your head, and reach opposite ends to pull it off. The one time I didn't pull it off this way, I heard a slight ripping/stretching sound. So take heed!Other than that, it's pretty good.

Pros

Cons
  • Not suitable for outdoor activities
