Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

I'm a casual gamer and I need DMC to be fun and not too stressful. And that's exactly what the game gives me. The plot and presentation as a whole are intriguing, and the abundance of new mechanics does not let you get bored until the final credits. And even after that, you still want to replay to learn all the new features and watch budget videos from developers. I think the DMC 5 turned out great and worth buying.

Pros
  • 3 characters, many innovations that change the gameplay, graphics, Nero's hands, Dante's gloves.
Cons
  • Gray-purple locations are really quite monotonous. Half of the monsters (if not more) were taken from part 4. Dante's movements with the sword have changed a bit, which takes some getting used to. Overestimated difficulty of the last boss, but maybe it's just my hands are crooked.
