All ten sleeves can be used for thumb as well as fingers.
I use moleskin tape to wrap my thumb due to osteoarthritis joint leaking. The tape would get dirty and come off easily. The sleeve keeps the tape in place and presentable. The sleeve is soft and durable. It's easy to slide over the moleskin and the combination provides welcome comfort and reduces leaking to a minimum. The elastic in the sleeve is flexible enough so that the finger sleeve also firs the thumb.
