Appearance, quality and size

Mom loves the style, colour, size and softness of the bag (even though it's not real leather). handles are strong. The shoulder/cross strap is adjustable in length and does not cut into the shoulder or neck. I really like the color and get a lot of compliments on the bag. It was definitely worth the price. I bought a purse organizer to keep things in place as the bag is so roomy otherwise things get lost in there.
