Not only do they not charge, they seem to be sucking the charge out of my phone, they have never worked. I've tried plugging it directly into a USB port and then into a USB hub, and also tried plugging my phone through the device plugged into my desktop computer and it never charged. Nor will it keep in touch. I would return them but I have already given 2 of these to my daughter who has now lost them so have not tried to get my money back.
