Strong, wide, and sturdy

I admit, I wasn't too sure about parchment paper in a roll. I'm terrible about cutting stuff and prefer parchment in precut sheets. Yet, this is quality stuff. It's durable, tough, and does its job for cooking and baking wonderfully. I've even started using it for other projects.

Pros

Its unbleached design reduces environmental waste and pollution

Cons

The roll may run out quickly for frequent bakers
