Review on 🌀 DeLonghi America Portable Evaporative Cooler - White by Renee Hackbarth

This is a review of DeLonghi America's portable evaporative cooler. We have air conditioning in our house because I'm a wimp. We live in Southern California and it can get hot. My family in Austin, Texas, makes fun of me for calling our weather "hot," but we still get hot days even though it's not muggy most of the time. wasn't satisfied with anyone. Some of them were quite expensive (Dyson) and looked great, but unfortunately they worked well as fans but not coolers. It does cool, but don't expect it to be as efficient as your central air conditioning. What I like: It's very easy to use and you hardly need a manual, it's intuitive. It's incredibly quiet, even at high power. We use this like a regular fan which is all we need at times and you can easily read or watch TV with no distractions. You can manually push the vent down to tilt it to your side and/or use the rocking function, which makes it rotate. If you want it to chill, just fill the bottom with regular fresh water. The package includes a special container for ice that you pre-freeze. It has a special slot in the water tank and just snaps into place. It's really cooling and hydrating. I was concerned about this at first as I attribute the humidity to stuffy but now I love it and it helps this fan work so well. Thus, you not only humidify the air, but also filter the air. (There is a cooling pad that should be changed every year.) Therefore, this device is easy to use and easy to clean. It's not going to blow cold air on you, but it's definitely cool air, and I'm very grateful to you. I always prefer it when it's cooler in the house and my husband likes it warm so I use it when I'm watching TV or reading and I just want it to be cooler around me than the rest of the house. other functions such as sleep mode or timer setting. I don't use them, but I know it's an option. Recommended.
