Cheap and fake

So I got this tablet. That's all. Case, handle and power cord not included. I turned it on. He tuned in. But now it turns off immediately after a short time and goes black while the back panel is still illuminated. This product is bad. The service is bad and everything has been pretty terrible so far. I'm trying to return it but I can't wait for them to ask about the accessories I never received.
