Exactly what I was looking for

I ordered these fringes for a Halloween costume and they looked amazing. I had to double it to get it as thick as I wanted but it still worked. The ends will not fray, but if you cut the fringe into pieces, it will fray a little where you cut it. I used some glue to "seal" the ends and it worked great. Very good price.

There were kinks in the fringe. Made poorly.
