I bought this to watch HBO Max. Initial setup went well, but when I added the HBO Max app, I found that I had to put the remote in "mouse mode" to navigate the app. And when I tried to enter my HBO Max password (which contains numbers), I couldn't select any numbers. I could type letters but not numbers. In mouse mode, the device does not work very well. For now, I still mirror the screen from my phone when I want to watch HBO Max. Hopefully Roku and HBO can make a deal soon and add a channel to my Roku as the user experience is much better than before.
