You really hate to waste money but sometimes . You get what you pay for. After a few cheap mounts (you know those. you put the towel on and instead of ripping it off, you pull out the whole roll. then it flies across the kitchen, bounces on the floor, squanders the roll, scares the cat and before you know (e.g. you're fighting with your spouse because somehow it has to be HIS fault!) Anyway. this isn't one of those cheap ones. Holds a large roll securely. In fact, you can pretty much tear off a towel. It's well made and as I'm quite old I assume it will probably stay with me for the rest of my life. I recommend you spend a few euros more and buy this one. Comes with screws and attaches securely (well, if you know how to screw it to the underside of cupboards or to a wall). It was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition.
