I love how easy it was for my child care center manager (a first time user)to learn this program from scratch in just days! The training videos are very thorough with excellent examples of use throughout each video lesson - you won't be disappointed if your looking at purchasing an app like this one as there's no way around learning all about these features through watching others do so before beginning implementation yourself!! Just make sure when choosing which version best fits what type/size facility needs- we purchased 1st gen but have since upgraded our license after realizing some benefits were not available until upgrade versions came out later down line(s). This has allowed us more flexibility than other programs by allowing multiple users per device rather then being limited only 2 people using same computer etc.- also great benefit because now everyone can access information regarding students without having them physically present together where they would otherwise need constant contact during daily activities outside office hours eases communication.
