Easy for parents who are not techy in using this program; my kids love being able use it as well! I think sometimes you need time with your child before they can fully understand how everything works but once we got used too its easy going back later when things get hectic again at home etc.. I like how easy it was for me as an administrator to use when managing my daycare center from afar (I work in another state). There were some issues with the program but we had them resolved quickly once they came out of beta testing!
