The review below is based on an original purchase paid for out of my own pocket in November 2020.] I was very, VERY skeptical about these massage guns. You just look stupid. Serious. I joked like an adult about my friends buying them. But most of them told me that they really liked it. At first just two friends. Then I asked 7 and 6 of them said something positive. Okay, tried one of their massage guns on my shoulder, which is pretty constantly strained by me 10+ hours a day in front of the computer with a shrug (poor posture - gotta catch me doing it a lot!) Be careful not to use the massager against the bones or you could seriously injure yourself! When you receive it, please fully charge it first. The massage level increases by up to 4 speeds. According to the manufacturer, the battery lasts about 10 hours. Compared to the big massager I have, I felt that although it is VERY light, it doesn't give as powerful a massage. Think about the difference between a massage given to a very strong person and a weaker one. Came with a case. Do not stay in one place for more than 60 seconds and no more than 3 repetitions when massaging to avoid injury. The angle of impact is important for different muscle groups. In general, use the following attachments for different parts of the body: SHOULDER: round head, double claw, flat head - UPPER: round head, double claw, flat head - CHEST: spherical head - WAIST: spherical head, double claw head, flat head - THIGH: spherical head (top to bottom) - CALF : ball head, ball head - FOOT FACIAL: round head, flat head - ANKLE JOINTS: soft head My favorite heads are ball head, flat and soft. From the table above it can be seen that ball and flat heads are the most versatile. This massager came with: Ball, Flat, Cylindrical (Ball) and Double Claw (U).
