The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.
I changed the sponge to a finely porous one. I bought the cheapest, not native. Works great. Very quiet and powerful. No complaints. I wash my sponge about once every two months. The filter copes with a 120l aqua with a decent population and an abundance of plants with a bang.
