Not what I expected

I just received this belt today and I have to say I am absolutely disappointed. First, the sizing grid is imprecise and not intended for a small 9 year old. This belt looked more like a small than an XL. There is no way to increase its length so now I have a useless belt. If I could rate without stars I would. I will no longer order from this seller.
