Solid professional services provider who has impressed consistently over many years
I am particularly fond of Connaughts' team members - they're very friendly and always willing to help.
Their knowledge is impressive, and they've been an asset throughout my time there. The level of trust placed into me when hiring was really refreshing. As with any business relationship however, it's important that you both understand expectations from each other and agree upon them in advance - otherwise you'll find yourself constantly trying to adjust your behaviour / working practices to fit what someone else expects rather than doing things how YOU think will be best for YOU!
