I like that they are very open to suggestions, always willing for feedback from their clients about what can be improved or changed if needed! They also have good communication skills as well which makes it easy when you need them at any time of day/night (even during holidays). Sometimes there's some delay between my request being sent through email versus actually getting back with me personally but this has been rare so far since we started working together over two years ago now - great experience overall!!
