I bought this inflator because I wanted something with a locking connector. It arrived and seemed well made for the price. I liked the feel of the device and the fact that it inflated the tires quickly. The shut-off hose also worked well. I immediately noticed that after the first use the pressure gauge reading was off by 10psi. I was tempted to save it and just calculate the problem with the gauge, but the next time I used it it turned out to be 20psi. The gauge will read 20psi when not in use. I started the return process and the seller contacted me and offered to replace it. At this point I had already ordered their 220psi model which looked identical. I got my money back for this device with no questions asked. Unfortunately, the 220psi model arrived and the gauge seemed fine, but the trigger was very sloppy and had little stroke to depress the piston. I found the problem with the trigger to be the lack of a stamped notch on the trigger itself. I discussed this with the seller and said I would have a good unit if I changed the gauge from 220 to 120. They said I could do it if I wanted to. To attempt. They said don't worry about sending back a 120 with a bad sensor. I was able to swap sensors and make a good block. Gauge zeros, but when checked with a reliable gauge, it's off by 3-5 pounds. Once you know what it's like, just tune it in while pumping. Customer service was attentive and I was surprised they contacted me. The device is decent and my rating would probably have been 5 stars if the sensor worked on the first device. Attached are 2 photos. One of these shows a 120 psi model. inches next to the 220 model. Note how the gauge is off on the left model (120) and how far the trigger is pulled back on the 220 model on the right. In the second photo, the triggers are next to each other. You can see the right one is missing the groove which reduces throw and fires much closer to the stop.
