First set of ropes and so far give me a nice, different work out in a short amount of time. Great for end of workout burnout. Got the 40 foot long 1.5 inch ones, nice length for the area I have and a good weight to start with. Threading is nice and smooth and it come with everything you need. Have them tied to a 30lbs dumbbell with about another 150lbs on top so it does not move when I use them. Didn’t want to mount bracket in the house and don’t have a solid pole to wrap them around, but it does come with everything you need.
