I have mixed feelings about these covers. This is a very (very) inexpensive lightweight velor material. The previous remarks about the somewhat unbalanced pressure are correct. But everything that was said did what I wanted it to do. I was looking for a quick pickup for my beige sofa. I simply slipped the original decorative cushions that came with the sofa into these covers. The colors and design matched our decor perfectly. My family enjoys them. We've had them for a few months now and they take the daily abuse well. In short, you get what you pay for here. If you're looking for an inexpensive repair, this isn't a bad choice. If I had to wash them I would definitely use the cold water gentle cycle and probably wouldn't risk the dryer because they are so lightweight.
