Yes, like many, my tires arrived compressed, I read reviews here and followed some recommendations. I first bought a rear tire for my ten year old garden tractor. A week later I needed to buy another front tire and two weeks later another rear tire so I bought all four. I've tried a hot water bath but it didn't work so I left them in the summer sun here in North Georgia for a few days and it works for each of them to get back in shape. Installation was easy for me, but I replaced them all with the help of my wife. I bought a set of Core Tools CT116 tires, I wouldn't recommend them, they're too small for the task. So I ordered a set of Ken-Tool Yanzhen Tool Tire Irons, small and much easier to use. I used the ratchet technique which worked well on two. and fuel engineering on the other two (you can find them on youtube). Yes, they are made in China. So far they work great uphill and downhill.
